4 BEST DIY SKINCARE EXFOLIATORS
Perfect
makeup for you is good skin. This external barrier not only protects your
inner body from outside radiations and hazards but also represents you throughout
your life. Hence, your skin deserves lots of love and care. The first step towards
providing your skin love is a good skincare routine. Talking about a skincare
routine and forgetting exfoliation? Not possible! Exfoliation is a process with
immense skincare benefits. It helps in removing dead skin cells, unclogging
pores, and prevents acne by controlling oil and sebum production. A good
exfoliation routine leads to clear and radiant skin that allows all other
skincare products to penetrate the skin deeply enhancing their impact.
Physical
exfoliators remove dead skin cells through their granular texture and hence can
be made easily at home organically. Here are the 4 best homemade skin care exfoliators that I have personally tried and have become a part of my skincare
routine ever since.

When it
comes to benefits of exfoliation, the list is longer than you expect. Skin cells
usually live for a fortnight and every day thousands of skin cells die. No
exfoliation or less exfoliation can make your skin dry and flaky due to dead
skin cells. Consequently, your skin loses its radiance, and chances of early
aging increase. Acne breakouts, whiteheads, blackheads, and dry patches feel
free to pop up on your skin, deteriorating your skin health. Hence, adding exfoliation
to your skincare routine saves you from a menace. Nevertheless,
over-exfoliating can also torment your skin as it is a sensitive organ. Do not
forget to exfoliate only twice or thrice a week on alternative days for happier
and healthier skin, as they say, “Healthier and glowing skin is better than a damaged
skin covered in makeup!” Happy Exfoliating Sisters!
