Just open Google DFP signup from your Adsense account.

1: Select Language and click on "Save and continue"

2: Select country, time zone and currency and click on "Save and continue"

Follow these steps to create Ad Units on Google DFP small Business.

1: Click on Inventory from top menu

2: Click on "New Ad Unit"

3: Fill the form below which is describe below

Code: Write a name, Number or anything that you want. but you can't change it.
Name: Write a name.
Description: Write description or leave it blank.
Ad Size: Chose fixed size select other size that you want such as (728 x 90, 300 x 250 etc)
Target Window: Select _blank or _top that you want. If you select _blank then ad will be open in new window. otherwise on the same window.
Placement: Select placement or leave it blank.
Set refresh rate ad will be refreshed automatically after selected time.

And then Click on Save.

Now Our Ad Unit is Created. Now click on Ad unit name


Now Click on "Generate Tags"


Now Copy the code and place on your website.
